A workshop on Classroom Management was conducted at Azad Public School, Bulandshahr, by *Mr Kalpesh Amin*. The session proved to be highly enriching and insightful for the teaching faculty. Mr Amin began the workshop by highlighting the importance of an effective and positive classroom environment for meaningful learning. He emphasized that good classroom management is not about strict discipline alone but about building strong teacher–student relationships based on mutual respect and understanding.
