A group of curious and enthusiastic students from our school recently embarked on an educational excursion to the Parliament, where they gained a unique insight into the workings of the Indian parliamentary system. The excursion was designed to provide students with a hands-on learning experience, allowing them to witness firsthand the intricacies of governance and the democratic process.
The excursion provided a unique opportunity for the students to go behind the scenes and witness the inner workings of the Parliament. They visited the parliamentary library, the committee rooms, and the chambers of the Lok Sabha and the Rajya Sabha. The students were impressed by the rich architecture of the Parliament building and gained a new appreciation for the institution’s significance in Indian democracy
We believe that such excursions are essential for fostering civic awareness, promoting critical thinking, and encouraging active citizenship among young people. We look forward to organizing similar excursions in the future, providing our students with opportunities to engage with the world beyond the classroom.
